The first bean to captivate the taste buds of our founder was the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Straight from the Motherland, this bean inspired our founder to engage bean growers and professional roasters. After a lot of exploring and quite a few tasting sessions, we hit gold or should I say earth, and developed a signature flavor profile that we call "EarthBlend Signature Roast". This roast features two Indonesian varieties and one Central American variety, to include the Sumatra Mandheling, which offers a vibrant and spicy atmosphere that compliments and hosts the medium body sweet flavors of orange citrus produced from the La Minita Tarrazu. We paired these "coffee characteristics" with the elevating caramel overtones and slight notes of cocoa produced from the Organic Purosa Ax, and came up with a REALLY GOOD cup of premium coffee!
